Return Policy

At Achaté we strive for a smooth returns procedure to ensure that your returns are processed without any problems. Here's how it works:

1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
2. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
3. Contact our customer service at support@achate.nl to request the returns form.
4. Our support team will send the form to you. Print the returns form and complete it completely, including all necessary information.
5. Place the completed returns form in the box together with the product you wish to return.
6. Send the package to the address stated on the returns form.
7. Please note that the costs for returning the product, usually approximately €4.95 per package, are at your own expense. For exact rates, consult your carrier's website.
8. Please note: All sprays are excluded from returns. Returns of sprays are not permitted.

As soon as we have received your return shipment with the fully completed return form, we will initiate the processing of your return. We strive to do this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This procedure ensures that we can identify and process returns effectively, allowing us to process your refund or exchange more quickly.
