Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order and see the expected delivery date.

For orders under €20, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed before 23:00 in the Netherlands will be delivered the next day. For Belgium, orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered the next day. For other countries, the delivery time depends on the shipping company. We will send you shipping updates via email with the latest information about your order. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
